Setting Up Your New Phone
Step 1: Keep Your Old Phone Handy
During setup, you may need your old phone to sign in to your Security Info account. Do not return or wipe your old phone yet.
Step 2: Install the Authenticator App
Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your new phone.
Step 3: Configure Authenticator on Your New Phone
Using your old phone, sign in to your Security Info page and add the new phone to your account.
Follow the detailed instructions [HERE].
Once you’ve successfully tested authentication (by receiving a code on your new phone), remove the old phone from your My Security Info device list.
Step 4: Install Intune Company Portal
Download and install the Intune Company Portal app on your new phone.
Follow the instructions [HERE].
Reminder: The Company Portal app is required to access work resources such as Outlook and Teams.
Step 5: Return Your Old Phone
After both apps are installed and working, you can return your old phone to your service provider.
