Android Devices:

You must remove the work profile before you can uninstall the app. 

  • Go to Settings on your Android device.
  • Tap on Passwords & accounts.
  • Find the Work tab and tap Remove work profile.
  • Confirm the action to remove your work account.

 

Uninstall the Company Portal app 

Once the work profile is removed, you can uninstall the app. 

  • Option 1 (From the app menu): Tap and hold the Company Portal app icon until a menu appears, then select Uninstall.
  • Option 2 (From Settings): Go to Settings > Apps > Company Portal > Uninstall. 

 

Apple Devices:

  • Open the Company Portal app, select your device, tap the three dots (...), and choose "Remove device". 
  • Navigate to your iPhone's Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, select the management profile, and tap "Remove Management".
