Gift agreements are for contributions only, where the donor does not receive goods or services in exchange for their gift to Meridian. If the donor is receiving goods or services from Meridian in exchange, contact compliance@meridian.org, as a contractual template may be needed in lieu of a gift agreement.
A gift agreement is required for:
- Any individual support above $25K
- Any corporate pledge above $5K from new entities, including for programs like Culturefix or the Meridian Ball
- All capital campaign gifts
- Any corporate membership above $35K for those with greater than net 60 days payment
