As part of Meridian's cybersecurity policies, staff are required to reauthenticate access to Microsoft account via MFA/Authenticator app.
In addition, when traveling outside US for work purposes, staff should contact IT beforehand. This will help if user's Microsoft account becomes compromised, or user requires access to Microsoft account in high-risk counties.
As far as process, please send email to helpdesk@meridian.org. Include subject line "Traveling Outside US". Also, state the country or countries visiting and dates of arrival.
