We have two FedEx Account (Billing) numbers that can be used to charge our FedEx official shipments:
Account (Billing) Number: 5196-3826-6
is used for all our official shipments that will be charged to federal grants/contracts (this is called Government Contractor Price account)
Account (Billing) Number: 1058-3220-6
is used for all our official FedEx shipments that will be charged to non-federal related work.
Pls. make sure to include in the shipment our project title and project number in the FedEx Bill’s reference field as well as Meridian’s point of contact for this shipment so that when Operations receives the bill for payment online they may direct it to the relevant person/division.
