1. Email helpdesk@meridian.org so IT is aware that you are moving to another desk.
  2. Take ONLY the phone.  Please LEAVE ALL network cables. 
  3. REMEMBER to place the current phone on the desk you are moving to back on the desk you are moving from so all desks can have a phone. DO NOT FORGET to connect the cables to that phone.
  4. When connecting the cables to phones, be sure to not unplug anything. There are ONLY two possible ports to connect the network cables.
  5. Plug one of the two cables in the bottom port first. If the LED light turns on it is correct and you plug the other cable in the top port.
  6. If no light comes on, then plug that cable in the top port and the other cable in the bottom port.
