If initiating a request to view another employee's calendar, follow the steps below:
- Go to the "Calendar" option and make sure you are on the "Home" tab
- Select the "Share Calendar" option under the Share section
- Select "TO", highlight name you wish to request calendar access with
- Click "TO" at the bottom the screen then hit OK
- Check the option "Request permission to view recipient's Calendar" and hit send
If you receive a request to share your calendar with someone, follow the steps to approve:
- When the recipient opens the email, they should click "allow" and hit send
- When you open the returned email, select "Open this Calendar"
- Select the check box next to the name to view the calendar
Granting calendar access
If initiating a calendar share approval, follow the steps below:
- Go to the "Calendar" option and make sure you are on the "Home" tab
- Select the "Share Calendar" option under the Share section
- Select "TO" highlight name you wish to share calendar access with
- Click "TO" at the bottom the screen then hit OK.
- Check the option "Allow recipient to view your Calendar"
- In the details drop down menu, select "limited or full details" and hit send
- A pop up will ask you to confirm your request, select yes and it sends the message
If you receive permissions to view someone's calendar, follow the steps to approve:
- When the recipient opens the email, they would select "Open this Calendar"
- Select the check box next to the name to view the calendar
