Requesting calendar access
 
If initiating a request to view another employee's calendar, follow the steps below:
 
  1. Go to the "Calendar" option and make sure you are on the "Home" tab
  2. Select the "Share Calendar" option under the Share section
  3. Select "TO", highlight name you wish to request calendar access with 
  4. Click "TO" at the bottom the screen then hit OK
  5. Check the option "Request permission to view recipient's Calendar" and hit send
 
If you receive a request to share your calendar with someone, follow the steps to approve:
 
  1. When the recipient opens the email, they should click "allow" and hit send
  2. When you open the returned email, select "Open this Calendar"
  3. Select the check box next to the name to view the calendar
 
Granting calendar access
 
If initiating a calendar share approval, follow the steps below:
 
  1. Go to the "Calendar" option and make sure you are on the "Home" tab
  2. Select the "Share Calendar" option under the Share section
  3. Select "TO" highlight name you wish to share calendar access with 
  4. Click "TO" at the bottom the screen then hit OK.
  5. Check the option "Allow recipient to view your Calendar" 
  6. In the details drop down menu, select "limited or full details" and hit send
  7. A pop up will ask you to confirm your request, select yes and it sends the message
 
If you receive permissions to view someone's calendar, follow the steps to approve:
 
  1. When the recipient opens the email, they would select "Open this Calendar"
  2. Select the check box next to the name to view the calendar
