As part of our flexible work-from-home and shared desk policy, Meridian is happy to provide lockers to those of you that do not have permanently assigned workspace. These lockers are located on the Meridian House 3rd floor and the White-Meyer lower level and are available on a first come first served basis. Meridian will not provide locks to lockers and cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property. Meridian is not responsible for items left in a locker over a weekend. Employees utilizing a locker agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below:


1. All lockers are the property of Meridian International Center.

2. Misuse of a locker may lead to termination of locker privileges.

3. Meridian reserves the right to open a locker without the consent of the employee using the locker.

4. Flammable materials and perishable items, such as any food, are not allowed inside the lockers.

5. Employees are encouraged to bring their own locks for locker security.

6. Clean out locker by the end of week or risk lock being cut and/or personal items removed.

7. Employees are responsible for emptying the locker and reporting any damage or needed repairs to Maintenance.

8. Periodic locker cleanings will occur as needed. Prior to locker cleanings, staff will receive advance notice to clear out lockers.

9. Employees are encouraged to exercise good faith when using lockers and only use them as long as necessary.
