We are able to automate many essential portions of Salesforce. Anything that you think should be automatically updated, please let us know! We are still in the early phases of automating processes, but one example is that when an Opportunity under the record type GlobalConnect Proposal is changed to Bid Won, create a Project. You cannot see all of the details in the screenshot below, but it gives you a good idea of how automations may work:
Automations are done solely by System Administrators. Please submit any requests for automations through a Case within Salesforce itself.
