Itineraries should track details for projects that may occur more than once or may differ greatly in their scope within one Project. Itineraries are currently used to track City Stops and Site Visits. By tracking who participants/visitors meet with, where they go, where they stay, what transportation company we contracted with, etc., we can more easily plan for future Projects and visits based on historical data, and it takes the lift off staff members to remember who had projects in which city, who they worked with, etc.
