Anyone who is involved with a Project but not a Project Visitor is a Project Contact. This includes interpreters, liaisons, State Department personnel, Meridian staff, drivers, and other individual contacts. The Project Contact must exist in Salesforce as a Contact before they are added as a Project Contact.
We are able to rate our Project Contacts so that we have more detail about their interactions with us and our projects over time, and can more effectively analyze whether to continue working with them or not.
Currently Project Contacts are rather limited in their scope, but we can always add more detail as needs become clear. Please contact your department contact or System Administrator for more information on how to add information to the Project Contact record.
