The Performance Management Policy was created to ensure that employees benefit from ongoing, constructive communication with their supervisors during their time at Meridian.

 

Meridian’s Performance Management Process can be accessed through our Paylocity system.  Both supervisors and employees have the responsibility to ensure that the performance management process is followed and is meaningful.
